Philip Equities Management LLC is a private investment management firm. Interests in the funds it manages are offered only to investors who meet the applicable eligibility requirements, and only on the basis of the funds' offering documents.
Genuine communications from the Firm come from an @philipequities.com email address or from Firm personnel named on this website. We do not solicit investments through social media direct messages or messaging applications. We will never ask you to send money to an individual or to any account other than a fund account specified in that fund's subscription documents, and we do not request payment or personal financial information through informal channels.
Any person claiming to represent Philip Equities or its affiliates by other means should be treated as potentially fraudulent. If you receive payment instructions that appear to come from us, confirm them by calling the Firm on the telephone number listed on this website before acting on them.
Verification and Reporting
